How much does Routal cost?
Routal costs €199 a month with 4 vehicles included, and each extra vehicle adds €49 a month, excluding VAT. You can try it for 10 days without a card. If you need to connect it to your ERP or want us to run the rollout with you, Enterprise is priced to fit and includes a month of onboarding.
Can I change the number of vehicles?
Yes, whenever you want, down as well as up. If your fleet changes with the season, add or remove vehicles and your monthly fee changes with them.
Do prices include taxes?
No. Prices are monthly, excluding taxes, and charged in your country's currency: euros in Europe, pesos in Mexico, reais in Brazil and US dollars everywhere else.
How does the free trial work?
You get 10 days to try Routal and set up your first routes, no credit card required.
Is there a free plan?
Not for teams: you can try Routal for 10 days without a card, and then the Standard plan costs €199 a month with 4 vehicles included. If you deliver on your own, the Routal Drivers app has a free plan for routes of up to 10 stops.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. The Standard plan is paid month to month and you can cancel it whenever you want.
When should I choose Enterprise?
When you need to connect Routal to your ERP or other systems, run several depots, or want us with you through the rollout. You tell us how you deliver, we set Routal up around your real operation and stay with you for a month, until planners and drivers use it every day.
