Why teams switch from Beetrack to Routal

One product, not three licences

With Beetrack, planning is PlannerPro and tracking is LastMile: separate products, bought separately. In Routal, planning, dispatch, execution and reporting live on the same screen and on the same invoice.

Start without going through sales

They publish no pricing and everything runs through a demo. With Routal you can open an account, upload tomorrow's stops and see the route before speaking to anyone. A demo is there if you want it, but it is not the toll gate.

Spain and Latin America, not only Latin America

If your operation crosses the Atlantic, Routal is the same product in Spain, Mexico, Chile and Brazil, supported in Spanish and Portuguese. Beetrack is strong on the Latin American Pacific coast, where it was born and is best known.

Why teams start looking around

Almost always after an acquisition, or after a second licence.

Beetrack is now DispatchTrack

beetrack.com already serves the DispatchTrack logo: the Chilean brand is now the Latin American arm of a US company. Not inherently bad, but it changes who sets the roadmap and which market wins when a trade-off has to be made.

They ended up paying for two products to run one operation

You come in through tracking, because that is what the end customer asks for, and months later you need real planning. That is two contracts, two configurations and two places to look when planned and delivered do not line up.

The operation moved to another country

Opening in Spain or Brazil with a tool built for Chile and Peru means standing the new operation up on something else. Two systems for one process is exactly what buying the first one was meant to avoid.

Routal vs Beetrack

What teams ask before switching

Real questions from operations already running LastMile or PlannerPro.

What is the difference between Routal and Beetrack?
Mostly how the product is packaged. Beetrack splits it into pieces bought separately: LastMile for tracking and proof of delivery, PlannerPro for route planning, QuickCommerce for on-demand zone delivery. Routal is a single platform where you plan, dispatch, follow the route, capture the delivery and pull the report without changing product or contract. The other difference is geography: they were born strong in Chile, Peru, Colombia and Mexico, while we run the same way in Spain as in Latin America.
What does Beetrack do better?
Things worth naming plainly. They notify the end customer over WhatsApp, SMS and email, and in Latin America WhatsApp is not a nice-to-have but the channel people actually open: this is the first comparison in this series where a competitor matches us on that row. Their operational analytics are good, with OTIF, driver performance and cost per delivery. And they carry a serious regional client list, Walmart Chile and Coca-Cola Andina among them, which says something about handling volume. If you operate only on the Latin American Pacific coast and end-customer tracking is what matters most, they are a solid option.
Is Beetrack still a Chilean company?
Their site now serves the DispatchTrack logo, the US company that absorbed it, and the Beetrack brand acts as its Latin American presence. Day to day this may change nothing for an operation, and it is not worth dramatising. What does change is where product decisions are made: when a request from Santiago has to be weighed against one from the United States, that call is no longer made in the same office. If that matters to you, ask about it during their sales process — it is a fair question.
How does migrating from LastMile or PlannerPro work?
What moves is customers, addresses and planning rules, and all of it exports to CSV from either product. Delivery history stays behind: the usual approach is to keep their account alive read-only for a couple of months in case an old proof of delivery has to be pulled. If you have their API wired into an ERP, ours covers the same order, route and status flows, and reconnecting typically takes a week. Drivers are the easy part: if they already use an app with photo and signature, ours does not change the habit.
